ISO 9001:2008

ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS is the first law firm in Ukraine awarded the certificate of compliance with International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000 "Quality Management System. Requirements". The certificate was obtained in 2004 and every year thereafter the Firm demonstrates compliance of the services it provides with the above quality standard.

In September 2010, ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS once again successfully passed a certification audit that was conducted by one of the world’s most respected certification bodies – BUREAU VERITAS Certification, and obtained the certificate of compliance with the renewed standard ISO 9001:2008. 

ISO 9001:2008 standard is based on the use of the process approach in the development, implementation and improvement of efficiency of the quality management system to achieve better customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
