Associates of ALEKSANDROV & PARTNERS International Law Firm advised one of Kiev industrial holdings on acquisition of the integral property complex of office and warehouse premises with a total area of 10 000 sq.m. in Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev region as well as on acquisition of land plots for placing of and operating the complex.

In the course of the investment object analysis the group of specialists of ALEKSANDROV & PARTNERS headed by the Firm’s Managing Partner, Dmitriy Aleksandrov, and which included Senior Associate D. Slobodyan and Associate O. Kryzhanivska, conducted financial and legal due diligence of the integral property complex, evaluated transactional risks, elaborated the mechanism of their reduction or complete evening-out, investigated the ways of optimization of possible antimonopoly and tax encumbrances during the investment realization.

In the legal opinion prepared particular emphasis was also made on working out and detalization of the algorithm of actions applied when putting into practice each of the different offered ways of ownership right acquisition by the Client.
