ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS provided legal support to the dispute settlement between one of the largest Kievan real estate developers and Alpha-Bank PJSC

Specialists of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS provided legal support to the transaction by which the dispute between one of the largest real estate developers of the country and Alpha-Bank Public Joint-Stock Company was settled.

As a result of more than one year lasting litigation and participation in more than 15 lawsuits the parties entered into the Agreement on dispute settlement and became partners in joint business –construction of one of the largest real estate units in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea priced at more than UAH 200 mln.

To reimburse obtained credit amounts to the bank and create guarantees for Alpha-Bank in the course of the subsequent credit financing the object under construction was transferred into management of the legal entity jointly incorporated by the parties to the transaction.

Dmitriy Alexandrov, the Managing Partner of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS, headed the team of lawyers which included Associates M. Pustovoy and O. Kryzhanovskaya, who structured the transaction, worked out and implemented the procedure of object’s transfer to the parties’ joint management, system of guarantees and counterbalances of the joint management process. Specialists of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS also elaborated and in the result of long-lasting negotiations accorded with representatives of Alpha-Bank Agreement on the Transactional Structure and Shareholders Agreement between the partners.
