ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS have obtained 3 permits from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition by a group of companies TRIGON AGRI of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises.
On January 4, 2012, specialists of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS obtained 3 permits from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (ACU) for the acquisition by a group of companies TRIGON AGRI of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises.
Due to the transaction, the international agricultural holding has acquired private agricultural enterprise “MOLNIYA-1” (Kharkov oblast’), farm enterprise “Stepove” (Kirovograd oblast’), limited liability company “The combined agricultural systems” (Kiev), all of them using 9,000 hectares of land in total for agricultural purposes and being owners of a number of assets.
Currently, TRIGON AGRI is one of European major producers and suppliers of grains, oilseeds and dairy products. TRIGON AGRI is a vertically integrated holding comprising farm enterprises and grain elevators in Ukraine, Russia, and Estonia; it also includes 44 enterprises, 24 of which are located in Ukraine.
A team of specialists of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS, headed by Dmitry Alexandrov, the Company’s managing partner, Ruslana Muzychko, the partner, and comprising senior associates M. Pustovoy, E. Ilarionov, and lawyers Yu. Vardzelov and V. Yankovich, have represented the interests of TRIGON AGRI in Ukrainian antimonopoly authorities and prepared the documents relating to the project
