ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS redound to investment activity of TRIGON AGRI in Ukraine

TRIGON AGRI is a significant European cereals, oilseeds and dairy products producer and supplier. As of today TRIGON AGRI is a vertically integrated holding consisting of farm enterprises and elevators all over Ukraine, Russia, Estonia and incorporating 41 company 21 whereof are located in Ukraine.

During the years 2007-2010 ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS International Law Firm provided legal assistance to TRIGON AGRI in several notable projects of the Holding in Ukraine in the wake of which TRIGON AGRI enlarged their land-bank by 25 000 ha. For the period mentioned Holding’s total volume of investment into Ukrainian agricultural sector constituted several tens of millions Euro.

Managing Partner of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS, Dmitriy Alexandrov, headed the team of lawyers which included D. Slobodyan, A. Bondar, Y. Klimenko, Y.Ilarionov who, in the course of TRIGON AGRI’s business development, made legal due diligence of 17 agricultural enterprises, provided the Client with legal support in transactions of purchase of 3 elevators and corporate rights of 10 legal entities. Associates of ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS provided Ukrainian agricultural units of TRIGON AGRI with legal defense against unfair competition actions of the other local market participants (defense against corporate raiding).

ALEXANDROV & PARTNERS also represented TRIGON AGRI before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the course of obtaining of 7 permits for concentration.
