       Firstly, we are responsible to our Clients for the quality of service. Our prior quality criteria are the needs and wishes of Clients. By satisfying their requirements we try to justify the trust they show us.

       Secondly, we are responsible to our employees for creating decent work conditions. It means: organizing working places, encouraging private initiative, caring about personal and professional rise, being tolerant to the "honest" mistakes, improving employees' knowledge and promoting the worthy.
       Work should bring the feeling of security, wages must be adequate and decent.
       Any employee has an opportunity to make remarks and complaints, the executives of all levels should be competent and respectable.
       Every employee is treated as a personality with his or her own merits and virtues.

       Thirdly, we take upon ourselves some obligations to our society. We try to support good undertakings and charity, secure the stability of the social sphere, take part in developing the legal system and civil society. We are also ready to pay fair taxes.

       Fourthly, we are responsible to our partners. Firm's activity must bring essential profits. It is necessary to create reserves, make daring steps and pay for the mistakes made, foresee the hard times, develop new services. We are obliged to experiment with the new ideas.
