Experts of Alexandrov&Partners took part in the specialized regional seminar in Vinnytsya for lawyers, accountants, directors and owners of agrarian enterprises, during which the main aspects of work of agrarian companies in Ukraine were described – land relations and protection of agrarian business from illegal takeovers. Victor Myronenko spoke on combating illegal takeovers, Gennadiy Doroshenko suggested alternatives to lease relations, and Oleksandr Sydorenko elaborated on land disputes. The format of the seminar allowed discussion of the issues stipulated by the program and answering of individual questions by the agrarian experts.
