ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers protected their Client in a dispute against the State Audit Service of Ukraine which unreasonably claimed payment of penalties.
Despite the ambiguous case law, the Kyiv City District Administrative Court upheld the position set out by our lawyers and rendered a judgement favour of the Client. The claims of the State Audit Service to collect more than UAH22 million were dismissed.
