ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS were approached by one of the largest agricultural companies in Chernihiv region seeking protection from unscrupulous competitors.

Specifically, using the black PR, a number of local companies attempted to conclude lease agreements for land plots that belonged to the Client’s land bank. At the same time, the terms of new lease agreements proposed for the lessors were significantly worse.

As a result, our specialists developed a comprehensive strategy for counteracting existing and future abuses, including the analysis of relations with land plots lessors and improvement of the standing of the Client’s company in order to prevent unilateral termination of lease agreements in the future. We have also handled dispute resolution and claims related to challenging the existing lease agreements and initiated criminal proceedings in order to hold the offenders liable.
