The associates of ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS have supported the satisfying of judgment on the collection of VAT refund from the budget through obligation of the State Fiscal Service to provide a respective opinion to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.

The situation was complicated by the court decisions in disputes between the parties reflecting the position which contradicts client’s interests.
