As part of our legal advice to a major German investor, ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS conducted an anti-raider audit, which comprised, in particular, the inspection of business structure, interaction with counterparties, staff structure, physical security, and registries of powers of attorney. Based on the audit findings, we advised the client on identified vulnerabilities which could pose a threat to operations of the company owning a land bank of over 8 hectares.

We have also prepared an action plan for the large agricultural company providing for legal solutions aimed to eliminate existing problems and prevent possible raider risks. We have thoroughly analysed each potential risk which allowed our lawyers to offer tailor-made solutions to the client in order to avoid the risks identified.
