ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers advised one of major players in Ukrainian energy market that is implementing a project for construction of a 350 MW solar power station. Taking into account the scale of the project, its implementation is connected with the need of taking a loan from one of the largest EU banks and directly depends upon facilitation of a number of central bodies of executive power and local self-government bodies.

While providing advice, our lawyers analysed the mechanism for implementation of the project offered by the Client and gave their recommendations as to its further transformation in order to take into account the requirements set out by all parties to the project. As the result, we offered the Client an effective mechanism that will make it possible to satisfy all parties, obtain a loan and finally implement the project.
