On 7 February 2017, 4SMART Business Academy within the framework of Smartbusiness Studies held the educational module on legal protection of business.

The leading experts of ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS shared information on how to competently and successfully build up a business protection with owners of businesses. Oleksandr Ruchko, Council at ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS, spoke on the important legal aspects associated with organization of a business, Ksenia Shein, Senior Associate of the Company – on tax inspections, and Oleksandr Sydorenko, Partner of the Company – on possible threats and preventive measures.

After the presentation, the participants had a chance to ask their questions which cause much concern and received some hand-outs and a home assignment from the speakers.
