ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers joined negotiation between representatives of central bodies of executive power and public activists related to drafting of a number of regulatory legal acts that will influence the development of Ukraine’s fishing industry. Based on the results of the said negotiations, ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS identified a list of regulatory acts that need to be amended and offered their version on how to proceed with the project.

Based on the findings of the discussion, the participants prepared a step-by-step plan to be fulfilled by the central bodies of executive power together with ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS and eventually lead to development of Ukraine’s fishing industry and economy.
