ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS Released from Attachment in the Criminal Proceeding the Assets Belonging to Officials of One of the Largest Financial Groups of Ukraine
The team of lawyers of ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS, which included the Senior Counsel, Attorney Oleksandr Sydorenko and Senior Associate, Attorney Oleksandr Ruchko, has successfully defended officials of one of the largest financial groups of Ukraine from arbitrariness of prejudicial inquiry bodies.
The property and moneys that had been confiscated without any grounds in the criminal proceeding and withheld illegally by the prejudicial inquiry bodies were transferred back to the client in full.
