ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers successfully defended the rights of a major agricultural company in a dispute related to protection of preemptive right of land plot lessee in the court of first instance.

During the trial of the case, ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS attorneys formed and defended the client’s position dealing with the fact that violation by the lessor of the procedure for exercising of preemptive right of the lessee during the signing of land plot sale agreement with a third party violated client’s (lessee’s) rights and serves as ground for invalidation of agreement in dispute.

As the result, the judgement of the court of first instance rendered in favour of the client was upheld and the appeal was dismissed.
