The deal was complex because of the need for simultaneous establishment of rights to a number of intellectual property objects, the payment for the transfer of shares and implementation of formal actions regarding registration of amendments to the company’s constituent documents.

In the course of the project ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers not only advised on promotion of Client’s brand in Ukraine and abroad, but also registered a trademark, which in turn will give additional impulse to business recognition and ensure protection during promotion of goods.

The project is aimed at development of alternative energy and widespread use of such energy by agro-enterprises in Kirovohrad Region.

At the same time, the Client asked whether it would be possible to reconstruct the mansard and carry out capital repairs in it. It also asked about the procedure for obtaining permits for such construction work.
