The Senior Partner of ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS spoke on “The Instruments for Counteracting Land Raidership” at the practical seminar “Dealing with Shareholders and Local Authorities” arranged by the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club. In his report Dmytro elaborated on the issues of illegal takeovers in today’s realities, suggested the action plan in case of illegal takeovers, and gave examples of preventive measures, as well as presented the cases out of company’s actual practice.
