Oleg Shevtsov, Managing Counsel of Alexandrov&Partners, spoke at the autumn forum of the Association of Advocates of Ukraine. Oleg told about the strategy of creating internal communications and transparency commands. Specifically, his presentation was focused on the improvement of the management process using Scrum. In his presentation, he addressed the underlying concepts of the given project management method, including its advantages and potential disadvantages, and explained how to introduce and adapt Scrum, based on the example of our company.

At this forum, lawyers, marketing professionals and scientists discussed innovations, trends and new strategies of promoting legal business and developing advocacy, such as Legal tech/IT in the legal business, strategy for building internal and team communications, marketing for an individually practising lawyer, self-branding and most effective tools to promote their services as well as a number of other important issues for today’s lawyer.
