Major Agricultural complex approached ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS because it wanted to get the ownership of shares in title to land plots owned by a different liquidated legal entity.

The Client partially owned several land plots together with another legal entity. Further this legal entity was liquidated during bankruptcy proceedings, but due to certain circumstances the future destiny of shares in title to land plots owned by the liquidated legal entity had not been resolved.

In connection with the above, ALEXANDROV&PARTNERS lawyers developed a mechanism for acquisition by the Client of the above shares in title to land plots owned by the liquidated legal entity. Application of this mechanism allows the Client to become the sole owner of land plots in dispute and significantly expand its land bank.
